I had to do a review today she made my catfish sandwich WITH LOVE! I was having a trying day once I took a bite of that sandwich whew it just did something to my spirit lol I love this place! Everything is delicious but the fried catfish is on point every time.
I got fried whiting platter comes with grits and eggs I just enjoy mines scrambled I added on bacon and it was good they forgot my sugar for grits but glad I had my own at home. I would definitely order this platter again fish was very hot crispy fresh and flavorful ..I ordered on DoorDash
Was delicious and fresh as always... Ladies as always have excellent personalities.... I rate it the best soul food in Wilmington, Delaware... Meatloaf, Wings, Mac n cheese, Coleslaw were best that I've tasted in years for being in town... I rate Evelyn's a 20 out of a scale of 1-10.. portions are huge and the flavor is on point... Best part is the greetings and socializing with the ladies... But if you are hungry & close to Maryland Avenue, stop on by... Free parking in DART bus lot across the street.. tell them Lisy sent you..
